We follow a no‑refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges on eligible products within our exchange window.
To help you choose the right size, we provide detailed garment measurements and body size guidelines for every product. Please review both carefully before placing your order.
An exchange will be offered only under the following conditions:
– The garment you receive does not match the measurements provided on the product page, or
– In the rare event that a wrong size is delivered.
If your order meets either of these criteria, we will be happy to arrange an exchange.

– Discounted products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
