– While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery delays by the courier company are beyond our control. Our commitment is to hand over your parcel to the courier within 3–4 working days from the date of order.
Tracking Your Order
– Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
– Customers are responsible for tracking their shipments and coordinating with the courier company if needed.
– If you face any difficulty tracking your order, please contact us immediately.
– House of AnuRam is not responsible if the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery.
– Once the courier company marks the order as delivered, we consider the parcel successfully delivered.
