Please note orders purchased on sale/discounted prices are final. They will no exchanges.
Processing Orders
Our business hours are Monday to Friday: 11am- 6pm IST. Saturday: 11am- 1pm IST. We are closed on Sundays and on government holidays.

Customer Service Policy
House of Anuram is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 3-10 business days in India in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

To help you choose the right size, we provide detailed garment measurements and body size guidelines for every product. Please review both carefully before placing your order.For handlooms/ handmade products, there might be slight irregularities which adds to the charm of handcrafted products.
